  • A notebook, your favorite pen, and an open mind! You’re also welcome to use a digital document if you prefer typing.

  • Sharing is completely optional! While you’ll be invited to share insights or writing if you feel comfortable, there’s no pressure.

  • The live, virtual session will be 90 minutes long, with time for guided exercises, discussion, and reflection.

  • This is a live, interactive workshop, so attending in real-time is best. However, if you can’t make it live, a recording of the workshop will be sent out to all who registered, allowing you to work through the prompts on your own timeline.
